The ultimate protein pancake recipe for that cheat day feeling

Who doesn’t love pancakes? This quick and easy breakfast will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you on track with your diet guilt free! Emotionally and physically good for you!

Let’s cut to the chase here with the ingredients (1 person):

• 1/2 cup of oats

• 1/2 a banana (eat the rest I guess)

• 1 egg

• 2 tsp of baking powder

• Dash of salt

• Dash of cinnamon

• 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder (whey works best)

• Tsp of vanilla

Instructions:

1. Blend together!

2. Heat a nonstick griddle to medium high heat. Add batter in small circles When little jokes start to form and the edges start to look dry (2-4minutes), flip and cook for another minute or so.

3. Top with your favourites! Even though we are aiming for a healthier pancake we still prefer to add yogurt and real Canadian maple syrup!
