
Perfect for on the go, guilt free, filling, and high protein! What else could you ask for?! Protein shakes are often…less…than satisfying but smoothies are a busy 9-5er’s best friend!
Ingredients you will need:
•Greek yogurt (I prefer to freeze packs of it before so that you don’t need to use ice)
•220ml 1% milk
•1 scoop of whey
•Handful of frozen berries (again I use frozen berries so that you don’t need ice)

Note/Tip: A lot of recipes online would make a serving that was way too large for one person so we prefer not to use ice and use single packs of yogurt for consistently perfectly tasting and sized smoothies! Also use a flavoured Greek yogurt for a touch of sweetness!
